Just a little bit about the Cambridge Diet
Stage 1 - Sole Source 3 bars/shakes or soups (approx 400 cals)
Stage 1 - Sole Source+ 3 bars/shakes/soups Plus small protein
and veg meal (approx 600 cals)
Stage 2 - 810 Cal 3 bars/shakes/soup + larger meal
Stage 3 - 1000 Cal
I've been doing Sole Source for 10 wks, Sole Source+ for 2 wks and 1 wk at 810, now back on sole source
Having Completed 15 Weeks on Cambridge have now changed to Slimming World
